If your company is VAT registered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) or Saudi Arabia (KSA), your Tax Registration Number (TRN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN) should appear on every invoice you issue.
This helps your invoices meet local tax requirements and gives your customers the details they need for their accounting records.
In Sufio, an invoicing app for Shopify stores, you can add your company’s TRN to your company profile so it appears on your invoices automatically.
To add your company’s TRN:
- In your Sufio account, go to the Settings → Company Profile page.
- Enter your TRN in the TRN field.
- Make sure the TRN registered checkbox is checked.
The TRN field is only visible if your company address is set to the United Arab Emirates or Saudi Arabia.
Once your TRN has been added and the TRN registered checkbox is checked, Sufio will automatically include your TRN on invoices when they are created.
