Every new Sufio account comes with a 14-day free trial. The trial starts automatically when you install Sufio from the Shopify App Store, with no credit card required.
In this article, we'll discuss:
- How your trial starts
- Your invoice allowance during the trial
- What happens when your trial ends
- Trials after reinstalling Sufio
After you install Sufio, you're taken straight to the plans page. From there, you can either choose a plan or click pick a plan later.
You can choose a plan at any point during your free trial. Doing so won't end your trial early, and you won't be charged while it's active.
Once you choose a plan, that plan's monthly invoice allowance applies straight away, even though you're still in your trial.
If you click pick a plan later instead, you can create unlimited invoices for the rest of your 14 days.
We'll email you three days before your trial ends, and again one day before.
If you've chosen a plan, billing through Shopify starts when the trial ends. If you haven't, your account expires. When your account expires:
- You can still log in, but every page takes you to the plans page.
- You can't open, edit, download, or email any document.
- Links to documents in emails your customers have already received stop working.
- Orders stop syncing, so Sufio stops creating invoices from your orders.
Note
Nothing is deleted when your account expires. Your invoices, settings, and templates are kept, and choosing a plan at any time restores full access.
If you reinstall Sufio on the same store, you'll return to your original account with all your data. After your first or second reinstall, your trial may be shorter than 14 days. From your third reinstall on, there's no free trial, and you'll need to choose a paid plan to keep using Sufio.
If your original trial hadn't ended when you uninstalled, you'll pick up the days you had left instead.
