Sufio’s template editor allows you to customize the design and layout of your documents beyond the standard design settings.
You can edit an existing document template or create your own by modifying the template code.
It also lets you display additional order, customer, or product data; show content based on conditions; and adjust the layout of your documents.
When you update a template, all existing documents are updated to the new design, except documents that have already been downloaded as PDF files.
To edit the template code:
- In your Sufio account, go to the Design page.
- Click the Edit code link below Change template.
- Use the template editor to modify the document structure and styling.
- Click Save to update the preview.
- Click Publish to apply your changes to all documents.
Your documents will now reflect the updated template.
Note
Template changes control how data is displayed on your documents. To customize your documents without editing code, use the settings on the Design page.
