Sufio s.r.o. (“Sufio”) uses certain third-party subprocessors to assist it in providing its Service and perform various functions as explained in the table below.
A subprocessor is a third party data processor engaged by Sufio, who has or potentially will have access to or process Service Data (which may contain Personal Data).
Prior to engaging any third party subprocessor, Sufio performs due diligence to assess their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices.

Google and Elastic process invoice and customer data as part of creating, storing and searching your documents.
Mailgun processes invoice and customer data as part of sending your documents. Mailgun receives the recipient’s name and email address together with the PDF document being sent.
Storecove and Invopop process invoice data only for merchants who enable e-invoicing, to send and receive e-invoices via the Peppol network or national e-invoicing platforms.
Stripe processes a limited set of data, such as the invoice number, amount and customer email address, and only for invoices your customers pay online through Stripe.
The remaining subprocessors process data about Sufio account holders and their use of the Service, not invoice and customer data.
