Since emails are sent on behalf of your email address, it's crucial to check that your domain records are set up properly to enable Sufio to send emails on your behalf. Doing so will guarantee that the emails are delivered to your customers with no issues.
Add an SPF record to authorize Sufio to use your domain name for sending emails to your customers on your behalf.
Add a custom mailing domain to ensure that your emails comply with your domain's DMARC policy, and are sent from your email domain rather than on behalf of it.
Your DMARC policy determines what happens to any emails sent from your domain that fail authentication.
Change the email address Sufio uses to send emails. By default, Sufio uses the email address in your company profile.
