Sufio allows you to attach an additional document and send it to your customers along with the invoices.
In some countries, local legislation requires to send a Terms and Conditions document to every customer that makes an order in your Shopify store. With Sufio you can attach such a document, as well as a return form or other marketing materials.
To enable this feature:
- In your Sufio account, go to the Settings → Emails page.
- Scroll down to the section Email Templates and click More options.
- Use the Attachment File field to upload the PDF document that will be attached to every email.
- Save your changes.
