You can send copies of all automatically sent invoices either to your own inbox, to another member of your team, your accountant, or warehouse.
To enable this feature:
- In your Sufio account, go to the Settings → Emails page.
- Switch the Send copies of all automatic emails toggle on.
- Click on Update settings to save your changes.
By default, invoice copies are sent to the email address associated with your account, but you can also choose to send them to a different email address. This is especially useful if you want to automatically send invoices from orders in your Shopify store to your accountant or warehouse.
Type the recipient's email address to the field. If you want to send copies to multiple recipients, enter their email addresses separated by a comma.
