Send additional documents with your invoices

Sufio allows you to attach an additional document and send it to your customers along with the invoices.

In some countries, local legislation requires to send a Terms and Conditions document to every customer that makes an order in your Shopify store. With Sufio you can attach such a document, as well as a return form or other marketing materials.

To enable this feature: 

  1. In your Sufio account, go to the SettingsEmails page.
  2. Scroll down to the section Email Options and click Advanced options.
  3. In the Additional attachment section, click on Choose PDF file to upload the PDF document that will be attached to every email.
  4. Click on Update settings to save your changes.
