If you set due dates to your invoices, you can let Sufio automatically send reminders to your customers when an invoice is past its due date and has not been fully paid yet.
To enable sending of reminders:
- Go to the page Account → Emails in your Sufio account.
- Check the Automatically send reminders for overdue invoices checkbox.
- Save your changes.
You can also customize the email template for reminders. To edit the email, scroll down to the Email Templates section on the same page and click on the Invoice Reminder link.
