You can choose to send copies of all your automatically sent invoices either to your inbox or to another recipient, typically a member of your team, your accountant, warehouse, or dropshipping partner.
To enable sending copies of invoices:
- Go to the page Account → Emails in your Sufio account.
- Check the Send me a copy of all automatic emailscheckbox.
- Save your changes.
By default, copies of invoices are sent to your email address (the one that’s linked to your Sufio account). However, you can choose to send invoice copies to a different email address. Choosing this option is suitable if you want to automatically send invoices to your accountant or warehouse.
To enable this option, click the Send to different address link. If you want to send invoice copies to multiple recipients, type in the email addresses separated by a comma.
