In Sufio, you can allow your customers to pay their outstanding invoices online with their credit cards.
To date, Sufio is integrated with the payment gateway Stripe.
To allow credit card payments:
- Create an account on stripe.com if you don't have one.
- Go to the page Account → Payments in your Sufio account.
- Click the button Connect with Stripe.
Once you do so, there will be a Pay Invoice button attached to every online version of an invoice, a link to which is included in every email sent by Sufio. The same link is at the bottom of each invoice.
The online payment automatically marks an invoice as paid in your Sufio account. A customer will be able to pay their invoice online at any time, before or after the due date.
Caution
Please note that while online payments mark an invoice as paid in Sufio, they will not change the status of the respective order in BigCommerce. You will need to mark the order as paid in your store admin manually.
